Working principle of straw powder mill

Wood hammer grinder mainly consists of feeding plate, crushing room, transport device. Rotor is in the crushing room, consists of disc and mobile hammer which are also the main parts of grinder. When working, material is put from the feeding plate to crushing room, rubbed and impacted on the gear board by the high speed hammer, and then the material is grinded to the particle size as the clients’ want and release through the screen holes. The grinded material is transported to collector by fan and delivery pipe, it will be screened again in the collector. At last, micro-aggregates are released from the bottom of the collector and air is released from the top.

1. Grinding size is determined by the size of screen hole. There are several different sizes of screens matched with the grinder for choice.

2. Grinder rotor is a high speed rotating components, hammer and the other parts must be fixed. To avoid damaging accident, the operator should prevent the metal, stone and some other hard objects from dropping into the machine when it is working.

3. Hammer is a damageable components, operator should check its wear pattern regularly. When one side of hammer is worn to no edges, the hammer can be overturned to use. But to avoid effecting the balance of rotor, position of hammer can’t be changed or to change a new one.

4. Material should be divided into small parts when its size is beyond to the scope of application.

Usage: Hammer type wood grinder is used to grind the small diameter materials, cornstalk, branch which diameter is within 50mm. The micro-aggregate size can be 3-5mm after grinding.
