Description of the milk pasteurization sterilizer :

The milk sterilizer is also called pasteurizing machine (electrical heating milk pasteuring machine). It is suitable for meadow, dairy manufacturers, dairy production line, high protein beverage production, also the milk pasteurizing of the milk bar.

Working principle of the milk pasteurization sterilizer :

This machine adopts the electrical heating and water cooling principle. It can heat milk to a certain temperature in a short time to achieve 100% sterilizing effect.

The milk pasteurization sterilizer consists of:

1. barrel: containing three layers of liner tank, jacket and outer cladding.

2. electrical machine: it can facilitate mixing to avoid to be sticky or pasting the pot.

3. mixing: containing paddle, pillar and pillar sleeve.

4. electric cabinet: controlling the temperature and power.

5. leg: supporting the barrel.

Using and maintaining:

1. this machine is electrical heating, so please examine each driving part before using to protect it with normal operation.

2. check each electrical equipment line to make sure they are in good condition, the joints are safe and firm, the fuses are matching, then the machine can be powered on to heat when everything is complete.

3. make sure the gas outlet is ok in the normal use avoiding to scald people and the power should be turned off after using everyday.

4. the temperature should be strictly controlled below 100°C when operating.

5. the electrothermal tubes should be took down when changing water everytime and then add water after cleaning with alkaline wate.

6. this is an energy-intensive machine ,so the safe operation and controlling is needed during actual using process. And operating according to the regulations strictly and recording the operation status everyday is suggested to maintain the equipment better. 

7. before using the electrical heating milk sterilizer, you’d better check the water for heat conducting. Please add water if it is below the water line and then turn on the power avoiding to burn out the heating tube.
