Working principle of sawdust air dryer

New energy-efficient dryer, adopting double drum, double pipe connection, it can dry the saw dust, rice husk, peanut shell and straw all at once. Dryer uses the homemade combustible gas as heating source, drum part and coiled pipe as the drying part. Drum part has two layers: inner drum and outer insulation. Inner drum has three head inner helix slice which can move the drying aggregate in constant speed, we call it stir-frying heating. Coiled pipe secondarily uses the heating source, using draught fan negative pressure to pump the drying aggregate to screw device, then separating and drying.

The dryer on the market usually uses coal, firewood as heating source. High labor intensity and cost, besides, thermal efficiency loss is large, heat use rate is under 30%, moisture content 35% materials need 3-4 times to dry. Gas tumble dryer can make moisture content 35% materials dry all at once. It can save 75% electric to low the cost. Combustible gas as the heating resource is methane which produced in the carbonized pit.
